St. Patrick's 9th Annual Golf Tournament St. Patrick's Church is hosting 9th Annual Golf Tournament on Sunday, Aug. 24, 2008; 1:00 p.m. Shotgun at Tony Lema Golf Course, Monarch Bay, 13800 Monarch Bay Dr. San Leandro, CA 94577. We come to request your gracious support to make this worthy project by helping us in either of the following: 1. Play at our Tournament for $125 per player or encourage family members and friends to participate in the Golf Gournament. 2. Be one of our kind benefactors and encourage others as well by sponsoring a Hole at $100 which will certainly lend some attraction to our fund-raising tournament by having your kind name(s) or agency publicized to players and ther guests. 3. Join us for the Awards Dinner Buffet at the Monarch Bay Restaurant for $35.00.

UPDATING ARCHBISHOP'S ANNUAL APPEALWe at St. Patrick are well behind in our Arcbishop's Annual Appeal (AAA) for 2008, so now is the time for our parishioners - and visitors, if they are so inclined - to make their annual commitment toward the financial well-being for our archdiocese. Our assessment at St. Patrick for 2008 is 54,000 and we are responsible for this amount whether we collect enough or not.HOW MUCH SHOULD I GIVE TO MY PARISH? This will be our topic next month.
